These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of graemekerr.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by Stannard McKinnon Consultancy Ltd, trading as Graeme Kerr Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site is informational
The Site provides information about our consulting and AI build services. It does not currently offer products or services for sale online. To engage us, please submit an enquiry via our contact page or book a call. Any engagement that follows will be governed by a separate written agreement between us and you (or your organisation). Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer.
3. Enquiries and bookings
When you submit an enquiry or book a call, you agree to provide accurate information and to use those channels in good faith. We may decline to respond to enquiries that are abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship.

Information on the Site, including insights and articles, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such. Engage us under a written agreement if you need advice specific to your situation.

The Site may link to or embed content from third parties (for example, Google for scheduling). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we retain the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you reside or have assets.
