About Graeme Kerr.
I'm Graeme. I've spent 23 years working with digital marketing, technology, online systems and now AI, and the whole time I've watched smaller businesses get either ignored by the tech industry or sold things they don't really need.
I started Graeme Kerr Consulting to fix that, specifically for Scottish SMEs. Most of my clients are traditional businesses, trades, services, professional firms, small operators, who keep hearing about AI and want a straight answer about whether it's actually for them.
Sometimes the answer is "not yet". Sometimes it's "yes, here's a small thing that'll save you a day a week". Either way, you'll get an honest, plain-English answer, and if we build something, I build it myself.
Three things, repeated often.
- AI should save you time or save you money. Otherwise it's a toy.
- Plain English beats jargon, always. If I can't explain it, I don't understand it.
- The proof is a working tool — not a 60-page deck or a strategy day.
