How it works.
Each build is a fixed scope, fixed price piece of work, usually around two weeks of build time, including training your team to use it.
We agree exactly what the tool does (and doesn't do) before we start. You see progress as we go. At the end, you get a working tool, documentation, and a session with your team so they actually use it.
A short, honest note
AI isn't always the right answer. Sometimes a £40-a-month off-the-shelf tool will do the job. Sometimes a simple spreadsheet rule beats a fancy model. And the quality of your data and the scale you're operating at make a real difference to what's possible.
