This is the vital part of the process and involves a deep dive into your business to identify what works well, what needs to be improved and where the opportunities are for growth and efficiency.
This could involve half a day up to 10 days depending on the size and complexity of the business. I will need time with you and/or your team if you have one, and may need access to information, data and research the market and competitor landscape to understand how I can then add value.
The outcome of this are documented findings with an attached proposal for how we tackle the next stage, stage 3. This stage depending what we discuss and uncover during discovery will either result in a Non-Exec, Advisory or Consultancy recommendation.
